Filming and private uses

Under certain conditions, the Grand Chancery can make available the formal reception rooms of the Palace of the Legion of Honor, the museum and the buildings of its Houses of Education, for private visits, or functions or film shoots. These venues will transport you into the history of France and a great French institution.

The Grand Chancery is the owner of four building that can be rented for shooting movies, TV productions or commercials.

Built in the 18th century by Pierre Rousseau, the Hôtel de Salm, the Palace of the Legion of Honor, houses the institution’s headquarters and museum in Paris.
